HOMEnhancements LED RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy is prepared for HE LED as a Shopify e-commerce store. Company should confirm the final legal name, website URL, customer service email, phone number, return address, and whether HE LED will use the same return terms as Direct Renovation Supply.

Return window

You may return most new, unopened, uninstalled, and unused items within 30 days of purchase, subject to this policy. Items must be in original packaging, with all parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging materials included, and must be in resalable condition.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact sales@homenhancements.com with your order number, item information, reason for return, photos if applicable, and your contact information. Once we review the request, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return label or return authorization.

Return shipping and restocking fee

Returnable items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping, inspection, repackaging, and labor costs. The restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. We will pay return shipping expense if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect item or a defective item covered by this policy.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved in writing by us:

- Items that have been installed, assembled, used, modified, altered, cut, wired, clipped, or damaged.
- Items not in original packaging or missing parts, manuals, accessories, or packaging materials.
- Clearance, final sale, discontinued, closeout, special purchase, custom, special order, or made-to-order items.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Items returned without authorization or to the wrong location.
- Items not purchased from HE LED.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on return transit, inspection, processing, and your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, contact sales@homenhancements.com as soon as possible and include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue is resolved.

Carrier damage

If a package arrives damaged, do not discard packaging. For freight or large items, note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing. Failure to inspect and report damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, contact us. We may ask you to return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
